Raspberry chia seed jam

This recipe took me literally 5 minutes and is so much better for you than traditional/shop bought jam.

I used:

2 cups of fresh raspberries

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

2 tablespoons of warm water

2-4 tablespoons honey depending on how sweet you want it

1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla essence

I like chunky jam so I just put the raspberries into an old jam jar, mashed them up, added the chia seeds, water and honey and stuck it in the fridge. The mixture will thicken up if you leave it to set for an hour or so.
